Content Creators and Armor Pack Giveaways

I have a question regarding GGG's stance on giveaways on stream. I would like to giveaway armor packs as part of an anniversary celebration, but don't want to violate any policies risking my account.

I know giveaways for in game items like weapons, armor, currency, etc are not allowed, but are there any restrictions for cosmetics or maybe POE 2 gamekeys?
