All Microtranstactions Have Dissappeared from My Account

I sent to the DEVs of POE2 for PS5 about my Transcations being wiped from my Account in Febuary and still it has not been rectified no reply total (crickets)

I have come back to the game to see what your Update hype is all about but i am still waiting on the outstanding problems with my stash.

Please fix this problem it has happened twice already and your customer service for PS5 is below par when it comes to problems with Playstation 5 players.
