New Support packs. recently...

why did support packs become so boring? no special effects, they stopped being dark, creepy and causing a desire to buy them. Remember what support packs were for poe 1, take the same abyss and what do we have now? And they became boring not only for poe 2, but also for poe 1 they come out just as nondescript. the same situation in chests, but before microtransactions were really cool and they could even be connected to each other! Maybe someone also noticed this?

I think that's much more a matter of personal taste than anything.
All of the recent series of supporter packs have at least one compelling inclusion imo;
I don't see any argument to be made that packs are objectively worse than before. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

Yeah they did a death effect before. I forget what league but I have it, it's a bomb on your back, when you die your corpse explodes.
Floating was unique during void, then got re used in the sandwraith mtx. If there's a specific thing you'd want like floating, exploding, mob tracking on devices, most of these things have been replicated across other mtx now and I feel like it's going to be more thinned out over time. ★ Forum Threads ★

Here's why: my personal preference is different than yours" Although, benefit of the doubt, I don't think he was trying to discount your statement.....he merely disagreed with your opinion on the mtx themselves. Both of us I think made an erroneous leap in judgment. "Everyone" may have just been a simple exaggeration rather than combative against the personal preference statement.
