Hello, I recently made an incorrect purchase of the Trarthan Executioner Supporter Pack [Removed by Support], which does not include Path of Exile 2 Early Access or Path of Exile 2 Key, meaning I do not have access to the game.

As the in-game store is currently offering a discount, I went ahead and purchased the correct Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack today to gain access to the game. Therefore, I would like to request a refund for the Trarthan Executioner Supporter Pack that I mistakenly purchased earlier.

Additionally, I would like to suggest that the store page include clearer prompts when purchasing packs like the Trarthan Executioner Supporter Pack, indicating that it does not include Path of Exile 2 Early Access or Path of Exile 2 Key. This could help prevent confusion in the future and enhance the purchasing experience for players. Similar suggestions in the past have improved customer satisfaction and I believe this could lead to a better overall experience.
