Poe2 accounts mixed up

Hi all,

I will just get straight to the details and not how it occurred. The issue is that my twitch drops are going to the wrong account for poe2. If log into the poe2 website it says I have 2 accounts. It all looks ok there apart from the extra account.

If I click on switch accounts to the one where my twitch drops are going, it doesn't show my mail or my poe2 currency but displays the same poe2 characters as the other account. The poe1 website isn't showing my correct characters under my main account name, it is showing 2 poe1 characters that I have deleted from the poe1 game.

I have spent months trying to talk to tech support but after waiting like 3 months for a generic reply, that I have already tried, nothing gets resolved. Then when I message back I don't get a reply for another 3 months (Still waiting for a second reply).

So to fix this issue myself I would have to play on the account where my twitch drops are but then I would lose access to all of my tabs and stuff that I have bought on my main account.

Is there any way of actually talking to a GM or support directly?
