People are going to make a mistake pricing an item either by a misclick or just under pricing it. The item i believe is locked in for a short amount of time and can not be changed so players will come snatch the item up before the seller can fix the mistake.
Im looking forward to the new trading but I think people will complain about this a lot.

I agree but I am a bit sympathetic to this. Pricing isnt easy and mistakes happen.

not likely. its not happening with the currency. The system knows how much items are worth and can notify you if you heavily undercut competition as it does when you try to sell currency items, and instead of 10 divines you list it for 10 exalted

This is why you heavily decorate your hideout. Even if the item is locked in for a short time, by the time they stop lagging you will have fixed it.

Where have you heard that they are doing this? I doubt it.
