Ability to disable Drop sound of uniques

When the unique item drops first time, game plays a quite loud sound effect. I was fighting with this annoying sound, tried to remove all sound from loot filter, used options setting "Item filter alert volue" but no success - it is invincible.

Then discovered that people before me also tried and was defeated
In party play you have no other choice but turn off sound completly. Otherwise you become mad after an hour of constantly hearing this bombarding sound. But even in solo in high rarity map it quite annoying. It plays even if i hide it from loot.

Please, can we have an option to disable it?

You can disable the sounds manually although I can't remember exactly how.

I'd like the in-game option to disable sounds from playing because they're often detrimental to performance.

Please let us disable this sound. It will actually help performance significantly in maps that drop a lot of unique items.
