Made a tool to convert from POE trade copiable to Craft of Exile importable

For those that haven't, I've made an app that converts from POE trade to Craft of Exile by using GPT-4.1 to figure out what all the affixes are as well as converting to the COE format.

I actually started with Gemini's free model but I've now switched to GPT-4.1 so it's more responsive and more accurate.
