How to convert premium tabs?

Can someone explain exactly how and when I can convert premium tabs to the new npc trade tabs?

If you would like to convert a Premium Stash Tab to the new Trade Stash Tab, you should be able to do so here:

Just checking in to make sure, wasn't it said in the video that this would only work before the launch of 0.3 expansion as some kind of limited time offer?

" Did you buy Premium tabs or upgrade regular tabs? Premium tabs acquired through paying to upgrade regular ones are ineligible for this, for some reason. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
