Price Region Variation

SO in Steam the Mena us dollar price got to 100% of the price after a few months of release of the early access , and now any new bundle releaseing is set at the full price , while regions like russia ukraine brazil still have half the price ,why Mena price is the full price , do you consider north africa countries Rich enough to get full price ? although i can buy the new 90$ bundle and already have the funds in Steam but iam hesitant to buy probably wont, but if it was half price like it is supposed to be i would Instantly buy it
