Can't connect Account to PoE2

When I log in on the Path of Exile Website, it does not recognize PoE2 EA on my Xbox. It says I don't have the game although I purchased the game and play since the start of EA.
What can I do? Can't purchase anything on the website. Can't connect my account to the website. I log in on the poe2 website via Xbox-Login. Thanx for your help! Last bumped on Aug 23, 2025, 9:00:43 PM

I am also I'm also in the same boat, played the first full season on xbox and dawn of the hunt on pc, but just tried to log in on my xbox and says I don't have early access. I literally played for months on this.
