Sounds not working xbox 1

Ambient music and npc voices are the only sounds that work. Opening chests, item drops, creature noises, attacks (spells), and ambient sounds do not work. They haven't worked for about a week now. I have checked with multiple other players and they are all having the same issue.

I have the same issue on my xbox one.. plse fix

I realize that there is probably a low expectation from devs to fix this, since the XBOX1 is an OLD console. but also. Please? this is an issue that is effecting game play and is simply off putting to game play and is effecting any care of ever loading the game again.

This has been an issue for me for over a month now. I even re-downloaded the whole thing and it lasted seconds before glitching out. I didnt know
