mercennary bug not attacking

Sometimes my merc is bugged. It's not attacking instead it keeps running around Unless I reset the instance or enter a new map the bug wouldn't disappear. It cause me to lose a lot of maps and simulacrums, very annoying. I keep reset it with the order skill but it didn't work either. Pls fix it, ty. Btw my merc is the kineticist.
