is there anyway to know for how long will my account be locked?

If you're seeing the specific terminology "locked", that is a security precaution - it will remain locked until it is manually unlocked. I would suggest contacting support@grindinggear.com from the email address associated with your Path of Exile account. They'll want to verify your identity first.
