Stacked deck needs an option to open entire stacks or an easier way to open them.

Stack decks are fun, but when i have thousands in my tab it's not only an exhaustive process to open them, but it's hard on the hands. Let's not forget that the drop space is limited, so you can only do a few stacks till you have to move.

Why not just have an option that allows us to open them all? maybe put them in the divination tab and open all, or open and drop all.

Or open the stack and it opens then in a temporary rucksack maybe where they'll be deleted if you close it? I can see how it's not a trivial problem to solve, but I fully agree here.
This feature will be introduced when mass identification of items is introduced, which is never, and Diablo 2 had mass identification 25 years ago.

Unidentified items itself should go away 25 years ago... But i agree, it hard to believe that we still need to open stack decks one by one, despite you can get thousands of it.
It's not hard for me to believe because the game is full of such archaic time-wasting UI features. The reasons for these features are the same.

1) because you tolerate it
2) because of money

Oh, did you think that solutions aren't developed or ready to fix these issues? There was a big thread a few months ago here on the general discussion forum about the asian POE1 client run by tencent. They dictate all the monetization features there and it's a completely different game. To name just a few things (I forgot to bookmark it):

1) detailed death log
2) auto-organization one click for inventory and other screens
3) fully functioning auction house

The asian client does however have a "battle pass" type seasonal league thing mandatory for players.

All these conveniences are already tested and ready to go but you will never see them on the other regional POE1 clients. The thread on this forum about this had players rationalizing these asian client conveniences as "pay to win no we don't want that here". You are literally draining the equivalent of HOURS EVERY WEEK on carpal tunnel inducing tedium by design, and you don't even realize that all the solutions are already prepared and could be introduced with minimal effort here.

You tolerate this purposefully designed pain as a badge of pride, absolutely absurd, and that's coming from me who was addicted to OG Diablo 1 and 2 for many years.

It's interesting the practical issues that arise as PoE becomes more and more accumulation focused.

It almost makes me think that when you reach situations where you have to burn thousands of clicks, there should be a reexamination of the systems in play to mitigate that.

Maybe that was what Chris Wilson was trying to alleviate with Ruthless?

Some chrome projects take 30k chromes to pull off. You have people going to kingsmarch or the menagerie to open thousands of stacked decks. Folks blow 2k alterations rolling a perfect flask.

I wonder if there is even a solution?

Take the stacked decks. Perhaps if they were made divine orb rare, and severely weighted towards high value cards? Or crafting recipes that would burn 10k chromes to get a deterministic result the way fusing orbs work?

Inflation and higher and higher levels of boosting map drops seems to be introducing some notable issues.
