Profane Bloom Flame/Flesh not proccing with Herald of Thunder

I am playing an Elementalist and using Flesh/Flame with Profane Bloom. I have gloves with ele weakness on hit so monsters I kill are always cursed, but the Profane POPS never actually happen.

To be sure, I tested Gravebind/obliteration on merc and it also doesn't proc when I kill with HoT.

This issue just cost me an angler runegraft...
