Various Beacon of Salvation issues

1. High Priest dialogue still plays while they are not present
More of a bug with the 'Throne of the Ruler Map Device'. The map device has two styles, one of which has a priest on the throne, one which does not. Even if the priest is not present, the dialogue still plays. I got this one after failing a map, so I assume that's relevant.

2. The Throne of the Ruler Map Device looks much worse than in the promo
As a result of a change made in 0.2, portals are opened corresponding to your revives. Most players will whittle that down to 0-1 revives (corresponding to 1-2 portals) once they reach T15 maps. The semicircular arrangement of portals as shown in the promo, is much more visually appealing than the solitary portal that now appears in the corner of the room.

Reality (in 0.2): https://youtu.be/d9gCTbXI2oA
I don't intend to imply that GGG is intentionally misleading players with the promo video, but now that the map device simply doesn't look like that, the promo is misleading. I don't imagine there's any great solution to this, but creating portals closer to the map device would be a practical improvement.

3. Getting into and out of a boat causes spirit skills to be reset
Related to weapon types? This bug makes using blink skills extremely obnoxous.

4. The Throne of the Ruler Map Device's throne sometimes becomes non-functional
No video for this one as I can't replicate it. It's just something I've noticed on occasion. Might want to take a look at the logic governing being able to sit on the throne.

For a $450 'microtransaction', I do expect much better than this.

It seems like the High Priest dialogue will only play if you've swapped the style of the throne within the play session
The change of having the number of portals displayed correspond to the revives remaining essentially "breaks" this expensive and otherwise very cool MTX. It looks empty without all the portals around it, which was the whole draw (at least for me) of getting it in the first place. A way to potentially solve this would be to allow for a game setting that lets you choose how many portals you see even if you could only use 1. The current setup for this MTX neither looks good nor is efficient for mapping, as the sole portal is in the corner of the hideout it was designed for.
