How to get More Currency 100%+ mod on maps?
I am puzzling how some people get 200%+ More Currency on T16.5 and 17 Maps.
I tried rerolling with chaos but never seem to get that high. Am I missing something? How do you achieve that? Last bumped on Jul 22, 2025, 10:03:14 AM

You can increase the explicit mods in your atlas tree. There are +3 nodes and a couple of higher ones.
I had 400+ more currency in one of my maps. E: spelling Last edited by Fapmobile#0758 on Jul 20, 2025, 3:02:16 AM

Thanks! Some maps do have over 200% themselves. How is that possible?

Special %bonuses like currency or scarabs come from T17 modifiers which can also be rolled on T16.5 (Originator) maps.
Quick example: ![]() Full list of modifiers: https://poedb.tw/us/Tier_17_map#ModifiersCalc |

Thanks! How to get those on the maps?

Get an originator map and chaos spam it till you get a satisfactory % increase. Just read the mods though to make sure you can run it without ripping too much. Some of those t17 mods are very annoying to deal with

You will hate it and you will constantly rage while playing. The odds of hitting a high % in combination with mods that are comfortable to run are close to zero. If you only look at the % for currency and scarabs you will role deadtraps.
If you ignore the % for scarabs and currency and only looks at the mods you will have a decent chance to role some maps that are ok to run for your char. That is the experience for most players, some will say: "Uh my multi mirror build can facerole t17s, uhh look at me" Good luck reproducing, maybe you have fun and it works out who knows ;P Last edited by Strickl3r#3809 on Jul 21, 2025, 5:54:04 AM

Getting high currency rolls can take quite a bit of spamming. Chaos orbs can roll 4,5 or 6 mods at a ratio of 8:3:1. So only 1 in 12 will roll 6 mods. And it's pretty unlikely that you hit high % currency with only 4 mods. So yeah, don't expect to get it on every other chaos. You could of course exalt your maps up to 6, but that's probably even more expensive.
