Syndicate safehouse bug

So I was mapping, my Transportation safehouse got filled 100% in map and I opened that safehouse in map with Jun and at the same time intervention guy appeared which I defeated. When I entered opened Safehouse, the game message said The Safehouse has been abandoned. I lost 100% progress on that safehouse and got not loot.
