game crashes on blood aqueduct!

i rolled a new char and everything was ok until i got to blood aqueduct last night and the game crashed now im stuck in act 8, every time i enter blood aqueduct the game freezes and then crashes.
tried making new instances verifying the game files, restarting my pc and router, but it did not fix the problem.
please tell me how to fix this.
