Bug report for crush and seeking for solution

Hello!
I used town portal after farming in map, when returning, a warning occured and game crushed later. When restart the game and selecting same character the same warning jumped again and game automatically crushed.

IDK how to submit image here so please let me copy the code of error

"Exception
Unrecognised task serialised by server; missing registration? 11197"

Please tell me the solution about this and help save my character, thx !
