ventis boss random appears

is it in my map mods or what? it keeps popping up often and spawn with 1 boom kill on top on my head... I can't see anything with all my monsters spawning.

What is Ventis? You mean Shaper?
If so, there is a mod "Rare monsters in area are Shaper-Touched", which gives them Shaper's abilities. |
