On the event page, we can see that we can gain points from scheduled races below. But nothing is explained. Ho do we get points ? Where our race characters will be transfered ? How will we received our loots ?

First: Every announced event (so, only available for races with an own thread) have at their top the link to the standard rules this should be explain most of any questions ^^
