Please Resume Offering Your Customers Technical Support

There are indie studios (you no longer qualify as being one) that offer first-party Technical Support to people who make a one-off purchase of ~ 20 USD. It is difficult to understand how a development studio with all of the resources that comes from being owned by Tencent can possibly lack the capacity to provide Technical Support to customers - some of who have spend thousands of dollars on supporting you in the past, or in rarer cases, even tens of thousands.

You've taken a multiple-year break from doing so. Isn't it time to prioritise starting back up again?
I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...

I agree. And reinstate your valued poster status which has been a staple for 12 years or however long its been. Were all valued posters discontinued?

I find it eerie that they lose their technical support....around the same time the game itself starts to show a ton of technical issues that previously were less ubiquitous.
