!Critical !All the belts I pick up are just disappearing

I have started a new game as Warrior on HC SSF.
While progressing through Act 1 I noticed that all the belts i am picking up from the ground simply disappearing. Not in a stash. Not on the character. Stash not full. They just disappearing like i never picked em up. I am lvl 9 without belt because of that critical bug. I know it sounds crazy, but I am 100% sure in what I am saying. I have hundreds of hours played. Auto-equip is turned off. Bug ID: 1739901834 PoE nowadays looks more and more like a fan-made fork server with tons of custom weird experimental stuff rather than original game with carefully thought out balance brough live to players. When I opened inventory and picked another belt to put it in the stash manually while inventory is opened - it was placed successfully.
However when picking it right from the ground as you go - each belt was disappearing, until i equipped the first one. PoE nowadays looks more and more like a fan-made fork server with tons of custom weird experimental stuff rather than original game with carefully thought out balance brough live to players.
