Private League Invite

Hello,
A friend of mine created a Private league, sent me a link and i pressed to apply. He somehow succeded to semi-accept? but it seems like he more likely rejected it by accident. Problem: i cant reapply and he cant invite so we are kinda stuck. any help would be appreciated. Update: apparently he kicked me by accident after i joined.
