equipment movement penalty vs poe 2

equipment movement penalty need to be removed from poe 2 , it doesnt suit the game at all
movement speed is the top most important stat for survivability in poe 2
and poe 2 doesnt have the movement skills we had in poe 1
it make no sense to keep those penalty's in poe 2
not to mantion that it confuses new players who dont even know that and notice it in after a hundred hours + in the game
i know we got used to it from d2 and poe 1 , but i doesnt make any sense to keep it in poe 2

I think
1) Light radius penalty
2) Presence radius penalty
3) Movement penalty

Are already punishment due to the low option in P.Tree. So keeping them in equipment is useless and too much punishment.

+1. Equipment Movement and Presence penalty should go away.

+1. A lot of punishment with no logical reasons. By abolishing them there would be no balance issues.
