T17 mods are too restrictive and stifle creativity
As in title.
On my current character i'm sitting at your usual "shitty" 90/90/90/75 res, 65% of phys dealt converted to ele, 30k Armour, 4 perma ECs, 10 Fortification, 69% reduced crit dmg taken, 1k regen, 78/78 block with Aegis ES on block + Divine shield, ailment immune, bleed/corrupting blood immune, curse immune, stun immune and reflect immune. (Oh, 62 mio dps atm, thx 4 asking). And i still can't do 8-mod 16.5s because, albeit just min-max or just 50% less block or just 60 % less aura effect etc. don't hurt me too much, many combos of nasty t17 mods disable too many of the afforementioned defensive layers. Well, at least 6mod, handrolled maps are no problem. Still it feels stupid that it's completely binary. Any T17/ 16.5 map either is trivial or impossible with nothing inbetween. The meta isn't evolving around the most fun builds atm, but mostly around the problem, how to ignore as many t17 mods as possible.
