No longer able to play the game

Whats going on? Is this yet another bug or have i been ripped off? I either want my access reinstated or my money back asap.

When i try to contact support, as i can't generate an in game code i have to email them, meaning i may never get an answer.

Any suggestions to resolve this would be appreciated.
