Account Consolidation

On feb 25th I sent all the information to transfer my MTX and stash tabs to one account. The process still hasn't been completed. I gave them both account names, Both accounts are linked, I gave a history of purchases when asked. Then nothing happened. There's got to be something wrong with the ticket right? Can you guys please do the Consolidation of my accounts. I've spent 6 months waiting.

Hey Ramon. There is something you can do. Can you check to see if my ticket is still Open. You can at least do that. I think your agents have closed it. Please just check to see if its open and let me know.
I'm not sure if anyone has had their MTX moved.

At this point I'm thinking GGG has ran into a problem (could be technical, could be their agreement with MS) and are stalling while hoping something changes rather than admitting something is wrong.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?
