My account has been hacked. Can the customer service help me retrieve it?

Last night, someone changed the password and login email of my account. It has been 12 hours since I sent an email to the customer service, but they keep making me do meaningless things. Up till now, I still haven't got my account back.

Your customer service doesn't respond to me at all
Don't expect to get it back this year. Once the preliminaries by junior support staff are done, your case will be handed off to a senior person. At that point people have reported 4-6 weeks between email exchanges, and 4+ months of waiting in total.

The situation is disgraceful; but it's been close to a year since POE2s launch overwhelmed support and I've seen no indication that anything has improved for problems not resolvable by junior support. This is long enough I can only conclude that GGG either doesn't care, or thinks that this is acceptable.

I'm expressing my displeasure in the only ways I can: On the help boards as a gadfly; and by not buying any more packs even though I really want a second Kiwi.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?
