Merc Exile Cap Increase Please?

It would be nice if we could exile more mercenaries in order to "farm" for the one were looking for.
Currently Im looking for one with 2 support skills, odds being 1 in 8,725 chance per map. Seems hopeless, unless we would be able to exile more than 3 mercenaries at a time.

That or somehow allow mercenaries to be a contract you can exchange to other players, although id imagine that wont happen.
