Impotence T17 Mod shouldn't exist

I wholeheartedly believe the devs know what they are doing and that they are smart enough to have thought about this for two seconds. they KNOW it is absolutely the most annoying mod ever seen and they.. chose to keep it? T17 mods shouldn't be about making the experience as infuriating as possible, these should be reserved to valdo boxes (where Impotence DOES have a place). One month into 3.26 and I can't stand to run risk scarabs anymore solely for this mod alone, even with the warp rune + pantheon for 50% faster debuff expiry rate it is so unnecessarily annoying to keep timing things and lose momentum all the time. So yeah, i really wish the devs reconsider these chinese water torture map mods
