The Coming Calamity Heroic Armour BUG

I’m experiencing a specific issue in Path of Exile involving the unique item called The Coming Calamity Heroic Armour. When I equip this item, it automatically grants me three skills: Herald of Ice, Herald of Thunder, and Herald of Ash, all at level 18.

The problem happens as follows: when I place Support Gems into the sockets linked to these three Herald skills — meaning, when I socket support gems to enhance the Herald abilities — everything seems to work fine at first. However, as soon as I enter any map or instanced area (for example, Atlas maps, Delve, or even campaign zones), the item simply disappears from both my character and my inventory. It vanishes completely, as if it had been deleted.

In order to make the item appear again, I have to close the game entirely and reopen it. When I return to the game and check my inventory, The Coming Calamity is there again, but with an important detail: the Support Gems I had placed earlier are permanently gone. They are no longer in the item’s sockets, not in my inventory, nor in any stash tabs.

This issue happens consistently whenever I repeat the process: I insert Support Gems, enter a map, the item disappears, I have to relog, and when I return, the Support Gems are lost for good.

Besides interrupting gameplay, this causes a loss of gems and makes it necessary to restart the game to recover the item. It becomes unfeasible to use The Coming Calamity with any support gems, since there’s a constant risk of losing them.
