Gravebind Gloves Need Updates to Be Viable

Currently, Gravebind’s mechanics are outdated and impractical due to two major issues:

1. Tick Rate Mismatch
- The server’s minimum tick rate is ~33ms, but Gravebind checks for nearby kills only every 250ms.
- If a monster dies between these intervals, Gravebind fails to credit the kill, breaking its core functionality.
- Suggested Fix: Reduce the tracking delay or allow it to scale with cooldown recovery rate (CDR).

2. "Nearby" Range Is Too Small
- The 4-meter radius is melee-range, making it useless for proxies that typically kill at a distance.
- Suggested Fix: Increase the base radius or let it scale with area of effect (AoE).

If these changes can’t be implemented freely, tying them to CDR (for tick rate) and AoE (for range) would let players invest into the gloves’ power—preserving balance while making them usable.

Conclusion
Gravebind has been neglected since its introduction. Addressing these issues would make it functional without risking unintended power spikes, as the problems stem from technical limitations, not player choice.
