Haven't played in ~5 months, I still think the build variety EARLY game is not there

I want to play Deadeye Ice Shot.

To get there I feel forced to play with Lightning skills then maybe swap to Gas and Ice Shot only becomes available on lvl ~30 or something, but it's so much weaker compared to Gas Arrow.

I know it's viable end game, I have a lvl 97.

There's no way around it? If I want a Deadeye I always have to start with the annoying sound glitching lightning skills?

I wish I could start with cold lvl 1. Or even Fire.
