Allow us to Reset Desecrate Pool

Please allow us to reset the desecrate pool through some means.

Having to spend 30 seconds searching desecrate pools after your spectres die is extremely frustrating.

New players do not know to avoid summoning other spectres that dilute the pool or players may want to try new spectre setups half way through a build.

I understand that some things are meant to be frustrating and may add to gameplay in other ways - but this frustration really feels pointless.
