Game Freezes at random intervals.

Dear GGG,

I have been playing Path of Exile 2 since being released as Early Access. I work in the software industry and I understand how the development cycle works and how tracking down bugs can be very time consuming and very costly.

I recently got a new computer:
A Corsair Vengeance
Motherboard is a MSI PRO Z790-P
Intel Core i9-14900KF
Nvidia RTX 5080
32gb of Corsair Vengeance memory ddr5 6000
2TB NVME
Liquid cooling
Corsair KBD
Razer Baslisik usb mouse
3 monitors, main is ASUS 4k , MSI 1080p monitors on the sides
Corsair Vengeance 1000w power supply
Windows 11 24h2 26100.4652
I have the latest patches installed for all software.
I have the latest video drivers for my video card.

The Problem , when I play the game , about every hr (that can fluctuate), the game will PAUSE, I can be in game on a map or in the hideout, location does not seem to matter. The Pause will occur, I wait 15-45 seconds, I than get the grinding gears logo on a black screen with what looks like red tinders from a fire and than back to what I was doing. If I was in a map , the map will will reset as if I had not done any mapping. I have followed countless youtube video on how to set the affinity on the cpu. Startup switches in steam, Turning off the steam overlay. I even tried turning off engine multithreading, that made the game almost unplayable.
I would like to figure out what is happening and how to fix this problem, I can create a log file and send it in if someone directs me how? I really like the game and would like to continue playing it.
