Act 3 cruel join

Act 3 cruel warping to a player in party results in character showing up on check point or portal of player on their screen. On my screen eternal loading screen with effects noises and music. Then the other player has game paused until force closing the game.

Update after restarting the console and powering down the console. Game will only sit at loading screen for that character. Will not load the game stuck in loading to matlan waterways act 3 cruel. Then when loading in not in party with other player they report I was seen on their map again not in party. It then pauses their game and kills their character.
