High ping issue through the entire league

I don't know if I'm posting this in the correct place, but I just wanted to know if anyone else has been experiencing this:





It happens once every 20 minutes, everytime it does it just keeps going up and it doesn't go back to normal, I've checked my connection while it happens multiple times and my connection is always fine! 4ms to all google servers.

Once this happens the only fix is esc -> go to login screen -> relog
and then its just 100% fixed, until it happens again 20 minutes later.

I have no idea what is causing this but, as described, it doesn't seem to be on my end.

I'm still having this issue.
