Controller QoL - Remember previous cursor location toggle

When navigating inventory on controller, the selected slot is always the top-left on re-opening the menu.

It would be nice and less work on the hands mashing down/right if there was an option to toggle "memory" for the cursor and allow it to reopen at the previously selected inventory slot.
