Exp Omen not working as designed

...So...I died three times and the omen to prevent exp loss failed to activate, and I went from 27% or so, down to zero, with the omen active.

In addition, lots and lots of LAG today. Not just me, but others I played with as well... makes game play on citadel's impossible...

All in the same map?

It only works ONCE for map/istance, if you die 3 times on the same map/istance only the first one will prevent xp loss...i assume you had 30ish% and died then you went 27% other 2 times got you on 0%, it's working as intented if you died 3 times on the same map.

You need to have the omen in your inventory AND you need to right click on it to activate it. There will be a red border around it when it's active. It will only work for a single death and will be consumed. You'll need to get a new one each time you die.
