Warpriest's Consecrated Path doesn't create consecrated ground

Thread title. Kind of a bummer, his gilded support that gives increased damage while standing on his Consecrated Ground implies that it was intended to be functional, but it never procs when he uses it

Fallen Reverends with Zealotry don't seem to be able to create it either

I also tested it. Consecrated ground path is not creating conscrated ground as mentions on skill.
