Corrupted Lifeforce Ascendancy skill does NOT work

I have a Ritualist

Corrupted Lifeforce is NOT applying Corrupted blood to anything and no dead bodies are exploding
I see not 1 corrupted blood debuff on ANY monster....

Anyone else notice this?
