Invulnerable uber Maven/ invisible damge

Tried two uber Maven both bugged after second/third memory game, I died and came back to Maven with no animations or health bar.

The Maven's punishment debuff was still applied as if the attacks are still happening.

First time after third memory game


Second time it happened after second memory game

Any chance it could be related to the boss dying do bleed while you were out of the map?

Doesn't look like it but may have been culled so maybe something related to cull
