fps drop and dc problems

I really enjoy playing Path of Exile 2. However, the FPS drop issues and the game crashing suddenly during endgame maps are extremely frustrating. What makes it worse is that while the game keeps running in the background, my character dies before I can recover, and I can't re-enter the same map with the same combination. This makes me extremely angry and is pushing me away from the game.

I kindly urge you to fix this issue urgently. I play other ARPGs as well, but I only experience this problem in your game. It's ruining both my progression and my enjoyment. I can't even count how many times it happened today—I was so close to smashing my screen out of frustration.

I get that like once an hour, probably. the screen will freeze for ~15-20 seconds and then go back to normal. It's only killed me once, but it always erases map discovery which is super annoying...
