Why make minions that suck?

I will never understand why devs make skills that are just useless, and by useless I mean suboptimal to the point that its a personal challenge to do anything meaningful with them that doesn't feel like a waste of time instead of using different skills that work better in every regard.

Especially with the added spectre gem.

Like - why make objectively worse skills? I don't get it.

It was OP on 0.1 (minions)

So when they introduce specters, minions (overall) was tuned low (because 0,1)

So... this league they are at bottom

Next league they will be buffed, but at steps, so they arent op as 0.1

It takes time to find the right tune (and the right tune isnt fixed, it change with time)

So... that's what we got atm.

Sometime will get better, but not this league.
