Barya Relic Altar 2.597.118.384

Hello,

i playes the game and had fun until i came to the Quest:

Ascent to Power (Act 2)

I had a green Item in my inventory (Barya). Now i had to place it into the relic altar. I moved to the "Trial of the Sekhemas" Location, as it was told in the Quest.


First thing, that wasnt working, was interacting with "Etchings of Varashta".
I thought, its just a lil bug, or i can interact with it later and moved on.
Its a really small Instance, so there was just a few more things:

Waypoint
a Stash
-- i tried to interact, but it didnt work (i thought ok, it will unlock later)
a Relic alter
-- i tried to interact, but it didnt work (i thought i just have to place that Barya in the altar and something will happen).

I wasnt able to klick anything. nothing happened.
I tried to create a portal-- that worked, but i couldnt use the portal to teleport back. I tried the waypoint -- didnt work.
I closed the game and restart a few times. Nothing changed. I was still in the same instance and not able to do anything or teleport anywhere.

While figuring out, how i could fix this bug, i dropped the Barya and wasnt able to pick it up again ...
So after my next relog, the Barya wasnt in my inventory and not on the ground and i was still in the instance and cant do anything.

Now i need help from the support please.
I need that Barya in my inventory to continue playing the game and i need help to fix this bug in this instance please.

@Support: i cant do anything with the Character. Please help fast.

Update:

i joined a party and was able to teleport to the group.
BUT i cant click anything, cant loot, cant teleport in waypoints, in portals.

i tried to die.
After i died i was caged in the "You have died" screen forever.
I relogged and logged in again.

Still wasnt able to do anything.

Please help...

i found 1 thing to fix it now.
change to Controller...

thats the only thing that works
