Can't Readd Merc to Party

My Kineticist can't be readded to my party. I'm not sure if it died during a map or what, but there's a revive button that's grayed out. I tried adding a different merc and that worked fine, but this one seems stuck. I would rather not dismiss it as it is one of my main sources of damage and given how hard it is to farm mercs because of how overtuned their damage is, I dont want to lose it. Thanks!

I was able to resolve the issue. I'm not sure if it was a gold issue (though that's probably the most likely explanation). I went through some maps with a different merc and was eventually able to revive it.
