Button placement is a problem in poe 2

My main grievance that got me quite a few times is the DEFAULTS button in Options. In PoE 1, the close button is there. In PoE 2, you set your stuff and then you click save... and go to close and boom, you just reset it to default.

The second one is the IGNORE button. This function is and was always way overused in poe 1. But now you even get ignored by accident due to placement of the button.

I was talking with someone in friendly terms, he was asking me for advice and all. We discussed a few minutes. Then he said he was logging out and I went to say bye or whatever... and message showed "You have been ignored by the target player". I know for sure this person meant to click "Add as friend" but clicked Ignore, the option right under. Adding people to ignore list is very easy, removing them is something you must learn. Ignoring people you want to add to friend list isn't ideal for a social game.
